HTM does not certify compliance, guarantee legality, provide legal opinions, issue assay results, verify title as a legal authority, act as customs broker, hold client funds, guarantee buyer acceptance, guarantee supplier authenticity, guarantee pricing, or guarantee transaction completion.

Buyer-Led Due Diligence

All opportunities are subject to buyer-led due diligence. Buyers, refiners, smelters, processors, trading desks, legal counsel, compliance teams, logistics providers, assay laboratories, and inspection partners may require additional review before any commercial transaction can proceed.
