HTM works with suppliers, mandate holders, and transaction partners who can support commodity opportunities with credible documentation, clear authority, origin details, technical specifications, and buyer-ready transaction information.

HTM does not present supplier opportunities as guaranteed supply, verified ownership, approved export material, or confirmed buyer-ready transactions unless the required documentation and verification steps are established.

Supplier Intake Process

Submit Supplier Inquiry

Suppliers provide commodity type, quantity, grade or purity, location, origin, available documentation, seller authority, and proposed transaction structure.

Buyer Requirement Matching

Where appropriate, HTM compares the opportunity against buyer requirements, refinery requirements, smelter specifications, responsible sourcing expectations, and transaction readiness.

Documentation Intake

HTM reviews available documentation, including assay reports, ownership or mandate support, company registration, KYC materials, origin documentation, export readiness, photos, videos, logistics information, and inspection options.

Buyer-Led Due Diligence

Any interested buyer or appointed representative leads independent verification, technical review, compliance review, inspection, and commercial decision-making.

Authority & Readiness Review

HTM evaluates whether the supplier, seller, or mandate holder appears positioned to support a credible buyer review process.

Transaction Coordination

If the opportunity advances, HTM supports communication, documentation flow, meeting coordination, and structured transaction process management.
